At Intelligentsia, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all equipment and non-perishable goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and details regarding the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all non-perishable items are in their original packaging; please note that roasted coffee beans cannot be returned once opened.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
